COVID-19 Changed the Way We Work
COVID-19 has caused major disruption in the way organizations are working. Work environments are no longer what they used to be and roles are shifting. Unless your organization has effectively preserved organizational knowledge through Knowledge Aware, employees may be remaking past mistakes, without the expertise and past learnings around them.
The companies that have adopted the Knowledge Aware approach will be better equipped to start up again because their knowledge has been preserved and is easily transferred to others. The exact knowledge needed to do their job is always in front of them, exactly when and where it’s needed, instead of relying on people around them, documents, and training sessions.
COVID-19 has and will continue to change the way people work. People are going to work remotely more often and roles will continue to change. Is your organization prepared to handle this change?

Tool Tip: Assessment Control Bulk Editor
Use the Assessment Control Bulk Builder to create multiple Assessments
The Assessment Control Bulk Builder eliminates the need to manually create Assessments by automating the creation process based on unique Extended Element (EE) values or unique K-PAC Sets. By reducing the amount of time it takes to create large sets of assessments, it leads to more efficient workflows, as well as increased process consistency.

Featured Capability: Physical Systems Sign Off
Creating a safe and efficient work environment inside assembly plants is critical to the success of any organization. Auros has the ability to capture and deliver operational and safety standards for each workstation. Prior to production kick-off, the application of operational and safety standards are consistent for each workstation. With Auros, the evaluation can be easily delivered to the evaluator, which can be tracked, monitored, and reported.
Plant Assessments are assigned and evaluated on a periodic basis. Individual scores are aggregated into Roll-Up scores, by category and for the Assessment as a whole, to provide visibility to the highest priority items.
