Issues Management is a tool that enables users to formally communicate, manage, and track concerns and discrepancies. The functions of this tool provide users with a means to raise concerns, discrepancies, and other issues within Auros without having to access another system.
Raising issues allows users to keep their current project status accurate and current. This provides users with a great way to resolve problems with meeting the needs and requirements related to the design, creation, distribution, and support of a product or service. If there are multiple steps required to resolve the issue, the user can create and delegate tasks to other users by using the Task List.
Auros provides its users with a means to review issues prior to closing them. The Issues Approval process allows for dialogued feedback on each individual issue, allowing the relevant parties to effectively communicate to each other the terms/actions of resolving the Issue. The parties responsible for resolving and approving Issues are clearly defined in Auros and those parties are notified of their responsibilities at the times they need to be notified.
Additionally, the Issues Management tool provides users with a means of obtaining a graphical representation of trends by using Issue Reports. At any time, users can generate various reports regarding issues based on selected filter criteria. The options for these reports consist of Bar/Pie chart, Count, and History.
