Assigning Tasks within an Issue
If you’re looking for a more efficient way to communicate tasks and due dates to team members, or a better way to track work being done, you can use the Issue Tasks List within Auros.
Background on Issues: Issues are used to manage projects. They track due dates, requirements, and assign team members.December 14, 2018 at 5:42 pm #20939Auros Knowledge SystemsKeymaster
Here’s how to use the Issue Tasks List:
- Open an issue and scroll to the “Other Elements” chapter. Click the “+” button from the Task List drop down.
- Within the new line, add the description of the task, a task owner, and a due date.
- Once saved, the assignee will be alerted through an email on their new assignment. The task will also be shown in their “My Stuff” page and in the Teamboard.
