Application Engineer (AE)

Job Overview:

We are seeking individuals who possess excellent creative, technical, and interpersonal skills. These skills support the Auros AE’s role as a technical consultant. Auros AEs will advocate, educate, and assist in all relevant matters during the adoptions of the Auros platform by a customer.

Specific Responsibilities:

Act as point of contact and customer interface to gather system requirements from Auros software customers
Convey Auros system requirements to software development team members
Collaborate with internal and external team members to define system requirements
Assist in the implementation of new program solutions
Facilitate the upkeep of customer standards through providing engineering and process expertise within our Auros knowledge management system
Exercise diplomacy in resolving issues related to the engineering process and conflicting customer performance expectations
Assist in internal test, and R&D efforts

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field
Knack for quickly learning and understanding new software tools
Confident using problem solving skills to provide customer solutions
Clear and effective communications skills, both oral and written
High results-driven initiative
Able to work individually or in a team setting
